This time will just be a short one..Ive gotten a job as a facilitator..hehe..great..well it is for my sister company..they're doing it at a tamil primary school in GOPENG...near my hometown..been a while since i went there..anyway, for this training Ive to be an energizer bunny..yeah..u know..though it is fasting month..im praying that ill have the energy to do that...praying that everything will run smoothly..hee2...that is all for now..will update u the post-training details..till then xoxo..have a blessed fasting month...:)

Feedback, reflect, journaling

The training that I have been working so hard  on in terms of props and preparation with the help of my group finally ended today. breath of relief for a while. In training, I believe that there is always something we can learn from everyone regardles if you are playing the role as a participant or the training team..I realized ( though I know journaling is good but never really practice it) I should journal more. see, when you journal your thoughts, emotions,you will start to notice things that are happening around you, to engage on your emotion towards a certain event, to explore further on the untapped potential you have within you and started to decide what action or steps to be taken next .. Therefore I should really take effective actions to ensure that I am aware of where I am in this stage of my life, what is next, what could be better in my current work, personal life.  Assalamualaikum everyone.. Moga-moga semuanya sihat2 sentiasa.. Well it is just another friday, I will have day off on friday 4.30pm to be specific (btw : Did I mention that I've started working back in 2 months ago). Just doing training  now. Soon will be attached to the department they found me most suitable at.  It's been a while since last I updated this blog. I think around like ever since October last year. A lot has happened since then.. I was hurt again for the 3rd time. I can still remember what a complete pain I was in. Of course when you love and trust someone THAT much and they break every single thing that they've promised before, it feel like you're jumping into a free fall without a bed/support underneath to catch you.  Everywhere I went, I literally broke down and cried.
